Once you have entered your property details you will be prompted to browse your computer and select what images you would like in your report.Here is a few guidelines to help you take that perfect image.

• Take images as straight on as possible
• Take one image per home.
• Stand 10 - 15 meters from the property
  ( Note the distance)
• Take pictures 1 hour after sun down.
• Make sure the heating is on inside the property.
• Don't take pictures in the rain or of a wet building.
• Don't take pictures in high winds.

Only want to include part of an image in the calculations? Simply select to modify the image and remove unwanted regions. Only the remaining sections will be analysed.

• Remove windows.
• Any open vents.
• Or any highly reflective
